The large expanse of Park City land from the Glenwild Country Club to the Jordanelle Reservoir contains some of the ares's newest developments.
Glenwild, The Preserve, Stagecoach Estates, Pine Meadows, Goshawk Ranch, and Silver Creek are just north of Interstate 80.
Promontory, Deer Mountain, Hideout Canyon, and Tuhaye are stretched along I-40 and I-80 corridor near the Jordanelle Reservoir.
Trailside Park, Mountain Ranch Estates and Sun Meadow are just off I-40 at Silver Summit exit (exit #2) and are also accessible from Old Ranch Road in Park City.
